Work closely with the development team to ensure that issues/defects are dealt with in a timely and professional-manner. Prepare Highlight reports for management review and presenting overall Project updates. ? Planning, Scheduling and estimating project activity times, Sequencing those activities ? Articulated project goals and scope translated business needs into technical terms, prepared detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and instilled shared accountability for achieving project milestones. ? Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining business cases and strategies to meet release deliverables. ? Work closely with product owner and with Vendor team to understand how product changes affect maintenance. Organizing review sessions of business requirements. Managing project delivery teams comprised of Engineering and QA teams across the full spectrum of the software solution life cycle, projects involving relational databases and retailer forecasting application. ? Troubleshoot defects and manage defect tracking and resolution processes so that a consistent, documented process is used and followed. Maintain well-organized records Regiters. ? Work with technical resources to discuss and troubleshoot issues; conduct post production verification and work closely with IT operations and developers to resolve any outstanding issues. ? Involved in Check point reviews represent Project Team; act as an escalation for any issues on projects

My Roles and Responsibilities:

•Able to plan and execute the transition to the application management solution by establishing and managing service levels and designing and implementing continuous improvement programs that optimized stakeholder value.
•Experience in design, implementation, testing, application support and maintenance.
•Responsible for identifying key performance indicators and associated thresholds on the capacity, availability, quality and efficiency of the engineered environments.
•Conducting periodical reviews with relevant stakeholders to get their feedback and improvising the gray zone.
