• Monitor a portfolio of 450 clients within U.A.E and Oman; identify delinquent accounts and promptly following up with customers to prevent the account to become past due.
• Execute the Collection & Dunning tasks according to the agreed time frames & SLA’s to avoid litigations and further take ownership of customer accounts which are in dispute, in order to establish the correct level of outstanding debt.
• Booking invoices and cash applications upon payments by clients.
• Produce regular weekly/monthly analysis and reports on concerned portfolio to show performance and trends to bring in continuous process improvement by coordinating the billing, sales and operations team.
• Immediately engage the management team when identifying any significant account deterioration and any critical disputes which might be a potential bad debt account.
• Provide comprehensive range of dispute resolution services to corporate, government and commercial clients, both national and international to keep the Daily Sales Outstanding in control.
• Support the Monthly and Annual closing activities (e.g. balance confirmations) for timely closure.
• Conduct trainings where ever required and update process SOPs.
• Audit Checks and verify that transactions in Accounts Receivable process comply with financial policies and procedures.
