o Saved circa QR 5 million in staff costs via negotiation of contingent worker agreements
o Improved life-cycle management of contingent workers by mapping HR processes using Microsoft Visio for automation of HR and IT services through ERP.
o Implemented succession planning of the leadership team in Qatari Diar by drafting policy, procedure, process and templates
o Led the complete redesign of Qatari Diar’s employee engagement survey working with a cross functional team and transitioned the ownership into Qatari Diar’s HR department by handholding through action plans and process documentation.
ASTAD is a semi-government strategic JV between Qatar Energy (erstwhile Qatar Petroleum) and Qatar Foundation to deliver Project Management and Construction Supervision services of its captive projects within Qatar.
Performance & Rewards Manager (reporting to Director, HR)
Enabled a strategic SPV by drafting new reward structure, employment offer letters, contracts and HR policy & procedures that are aligned to Qatar Labor Law to improve ASTAD’s competitiveness from being a captive client organization.
