• Responsible to Manage & organise all HR Formalities, liaising with the HR Manager or Managing Partner directly for approvals where necessary.
• Support Recruitment Manager & Managing Partners in preparing & handling all company employee contracts and complete recruitment cycle until the employee On- Boarding.

• Responsible for handling all PRO formalities & correspondence, to ensure all Visas related tasks are completed in a timely manner, monitor all costs involved.
• Lead & manage accurately the company HR system that includes processing and maintaining relevant employee work permits.
• Maintain accurate staff files, ensuring all relevant documentation are maintained as soft and hard copies.
• Review employee competencies in liaison with the Line Manager and articulate succession planning.
• Responsible to handle all relevant company documents such as establishment cards and trade licences and maintain their timely renewal.
• Maintain and Monitor the leave accruals status and ensure they comply with the set policies.
• Record and action all disciplinary issues. Liaise with HR Manager for any disciplinary issues identified to be raised to the department Manager for action - follow up to ensure appropriate action is taken
• Review the Time & Attendance logs of colleagues and highlight and take corrective action on any discrepancies.
• Prepare the monthly payroll, overtime and leave salary and assist the Finance department for Payroll processing and salary dispersal.
• Ensure the managing partners are updated on timely manner on the overall department functioning, and employee status via various report generated.


• Handle all company uniforms for all departments
• Maintaining accurate stock inventory records, with set minimum levels so that re-ordering is done in time. Ensure budget is followed for annual purchasing
• Responsible for overseeing laundering & issuance to staff lockers where applicable.
• Address any employee grievances and act on them within the preview of the organization.
• Strategize the yearly Manpower requirement and Manpower budget.
