Organization of technical supervision of the operation and repair of electrical installations, networks,
communications;
- Participation in the work of the commissions to investigate incidents, accidents, deviations in
technological process;
- Organization of work planning, accounting, reporting on production and business
activities;
- Implementation of industrial control over compliance with the requirements of industrial
safety, condition monitoring, safe operation of the production
equipment, electrical installations and taking measures to eliminate identified shortcomings;
- Control of design institutes regarding the design of power supply systems for
ensuring the quality and technical integrity of the issued project documentation;
- Participation in the preparation of baseline data for the design of power supply systems;
- Monitoring the implementation of the design schedules by the contractor. Review and provision

- Monitoring compliance with the established procedure for the preparation of gas hazardous and
fire works
- Organization of emergency and fire drills;
- Monitoring the progress of construction and installation work in accordance with the schedule
work, quality control of work performed;
- Participation in the acceptance of intermediate and hidden works;
- Participation in the acceptance of completed construction objects;
- Monitoring the implementation and acceptance of work on the adjustment of systems and equipment for power supply;
- Development and approval of a plan for maintenance, overhauls;
- Preparation of materials for the issuance of technical specifications for equipment connection;
- Ensuring compliance with the established procedure for the admission of personnel to service
electrical installations;
- Production of operational switching;
- Organization of the safe conduct of all types of work in electrical installations by orders,
orders and the list of works in the order of current operation;
- Monitoring the availability of materials, spare parts and tools necessary for
repair work;
- Monitoring to ensure timely and high-quality technical work
maintenance and repair of automatic fire extinguishing systems in
electrical part, in accordance with the act of delineation of operational
responsibility;
- Ensuring the interaction between electrical and technological personnel at
performance of all types of work;
- Ensuring compliance with the established procedure for the withdrawal of electrical equipment for repair and
commissioning after repair;
- Organization of acceptance into operation of new and reconstructed electrical installations;
- Direct management of work with a high degree of danger;
- Taking part in tests of electrical installations;
- Ensuring timely inspection of serviceability, quality service and repair
electrical installations, lightning protection devices, protective grounding, metal-contact resistance in
in accordance with the requirements of the Rules, norms, standards and instructions of manufacturers with
the goal of ensuring the necessary level of reliability and safety with a minimum of consumption
material, labor and financial resources;
- Organization of technically correct and safe operation and control of timely
equipment repair VFD, soft starter, UPS;
- Organization of adjustment of equipment for VFD, soft starter, UPS;
Service and repair of explosion-proof and general electrical equipment; organization of access to work in electrical installations (35 kV and below), supervision of compliance with the rules labor protection during the operation of electrical installations; condition monitoring electrical equipment at night and on weekends / holidays; prevention and liquidation of consequences of accidents at power and technological facilities of the booster compressor
station.
