Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop Kuwait’s Key Client among others and grow Maersk’s business portfolio in ocean, logistics & supply chain solutions in Kuwait through consultative sales models.
Sales experience across all the Maersk products and market segments including but not limited to Warehousing, 4PL, Supply Chain, Intermodal and Clearance Services, Air freight, digital solutions.
Build strategic relations with customers and maintain awareness regarding market developments, supply/demand, pricing, competition

Negotiate and close deals by assessing customers current and future objectives, pain points and opportunity areas through consultative value selling techniques identify growth areas, savings and optimization ideas
Build rapport with key internal stakeholders to facilitate resolution of customer issues
Closely engage and lead remote support teams in processing tender requirements as well as negotiating pricing and contract terms with key pricing stakeholders working with pricing, compliance, operations teams
Work on the pricing and space agreement with the customers based on seasonality, availability and company strategy
Provide market intel, trends and feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
Well versed with sales tools including SFDC(CRM), MS office applications, Maersk pricing tools
Actively engage the team by being part of the social committee and organizing team events
Key Responsibilities:
Managed over 25 corporate accounts simultaneously across Kuwait and internationally generating in excess of USD 1.5 million annual revenue
Developed business locally, maintained and expanded relationships with existing global accounts
Identified and developed the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators in different product line such as air, sea, land, warehousing and distribution, and end to end logistics solutions
Drove all business opportunities and meetings and to monitor progress through internal CRM systems
Worked across a range of industries and product lines including fashion, food and retail, construction, tech, pharmaceutical, military, personal effects etc.

Managed the relocations department and overseen performance of the team for updates, cost optimization, operation activities and client follow ups to ensure customer retention
