As a business Unit Head of Kahroplast Factory Branch of MEMF in KFB Group of Companies, I am responsible for business results including
Profit and Loss, meeting the annual plans fiber glass products such as Feeder Pillar, Meter Boxes and Plastic Accessories for CT, MCB,
MCCB and Smart Meter etc.. and growth in the value for the business, and overseeing all factory operations in order to meet business
objectives, the management of daily operations including Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurements, staffing and R&M direction.
Managing and optimizing machinery utilization, manpower deployment, raw material usage and processes in a timely manner to meet production plans/target whilst minimizing production costs to improve margins and enhance bottom line contribution in an increasingly competitive and dynamic market.
To ensure the achievement of the 21 Molding plant production and maintenance plans by providing overall direction and leadership to the plant.
To ensure that strategic material planning processes are in correct place to enable operational and production continuity. Takes a co-ordinating lead, working closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials is in place to satisfy production requirements.
