 Achieving sales targets and implementing sales plans set by management, looking forward to increase sales by
attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
 Analyzing customer needs, assessing their technical requirements, and providing assistance and answering
customer inquiries (contractors, engineers, and individuals) in selecting the most suitable materials for their
requirements based on standard specifications. Providing accurate information about products datasheets or
services and suggest products or services that ideally meet their needs.
 Covering and expanding the market by visiting job sites and seeking new customers to increase market share.
 Promoting products or services, negotiating, preparing, and presenting competitive pricing offers professionally.
Highlighting product features and benefits that meet customer needs. Assigning costs and payment terms and
closing sales transactions.
 Working diligently to achieve the required monthly and annually sales targets and executing sales process,
including overseeing sales procedures such as invoicing, receiving payments, and delivering materials.
 Managing financial accounts, adhering to collection plans, and following up on payments and outstanding balances
from clients.
 Communicating with clients, building strong relationships, and fostering trust with existing clients to ensure
continued business and secure long-term supply contracts.
 Monitoring market trends, analyzing the competition, and tracking building material prices and competitor activity
to understand demand and provide products or services that meet expectations.
 Providing customer service and after-sales support by addressing issues, handling customer inquiries and
complaints, and offering prompt and professional solutions for any supply delays or material defects to maintain
customer satisfaction and the companys reputation.
 Contributing to inventory management and coordinating with warehouses to ensure material availability and
prevent shortages of the most required products.
 Submitting periodic reports on sales volume and performance, including strengths, weaknesses, challenges
(threatens), and opportunities.

 Continuous presence at work sites for on-site supervision and monitoring, daily execution follow-up, and
worker guidance.
 Supervision of finishing works; resource and contractor management, and organization of work teams among
different contractors (electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) to prevent any conflicts.
 Inventorying labor and quantities, preparing labor lists, and tracking the quantities of materials used.
 Coordination and distribution of daily tasks, assigning work to workers and technicians, and monitoring daily
performance according to the work plan and schedules.
 Identifying shortages of finishing materials and submitting purchase orders to ensure their timely provision.
 Monitoring quality and safety, inspecting raw materials, and verifying the quality of materials supplied and
used on-site, ensuring their conformity to specifications and technical standards (such as paint types, flooring,
or plastering work).
 Ensuring that all works (plastering, painting, tiling, gypsum, carpentry, etc.) are executed according to
approved engineering plans and standards.
 Receiving items and inspecting the quality of work after each phase, and technically accepting them before
proceeding to the next phase.
 Identifying and addressing technical errors or defects in execution that appear during finishing process, and
resolving them immediately before they worsen, in coordination with the engineers.
 Adhering to safety requirements and applying occupational health and safety standards to protect workers
and the site.
 Monitoring the budget allocated to each phase and ensuring it is not exceeded.
 Monitoring work progress according to the project schedule and submitting daily or weekly reports to the
project manager explaining the percentages of completion and what have been accomplished, in addition to
providing periodic reports to senior management on the general status of the project.
