Project located at 6th of October city, (Owned by Cleopatra Group) with total estimated cost of 800, 000, 000 L.E. Consist of:
-Two basement floor with total area of 140, 000 m2 (capacity of 4000 vehicle).
-Shopping area of three floors with total area of 150, 000 m2.
Client: Cleopatra Group
BECT Role: Structural Consultant.
My Responsibility:-
-Project Control against time schedule.
-Reviewing quantities surveying, claims and invoices made by the contractors.
-Assisting in adopting shop drawing.
-Supporting in inspecting construction Works.
# COSMOS PROJECT (from: 1/5/2008 till 8/5/2012)
Project located at 6th of October city, (owned by Ministry of Education) with total estimated cost of 600, 000, 000 L.E. total project area 190 acre, which consists of:
- A model of Egypt map ( in 50 acre) showing :
Water areas (Red sea, Mediterranean and Nile River) with total area of 47, 500 m2, models of some Temples, Egypt great building and Red sea and Sinai mountains.
- Educational area (in 30 acre) :
-High achievement school.
-Student Accommodation buildings (Three building each have 60 rooms)
- Entrance and previewing area consist of (Reception and VIP, Planetarium, World zone, Mosque and Vista buildings) in 40 acre.
Client: The main contractor, Arab and International Company for Optics (AIO), one of the Armed Forces National services companies.
BECT Role: Contractor management and technical office.
My Responsibility:-
-Mentoring sub-contractors.
-Follow up time & cost schedules.
-Reviewing the quantities surveying & invoices made by the sub-contractors.
-Inspecting construction Works (for Saladin citadel, Mohamed Ali mosque, Mosque, World zone, Romanian theater and student accommodation buildings).
-Supervision of landscape works (leveling and installing interlock tiles) and coordinating landscape work with other utilities.
# Multinational Forces and Observers - MFO (electric renovation project) (from 15/11/2010 to 20/4/2011)
Client: Multinational Forces and Observers - MFO
BECT Role: Redesign electric network
Responsible for:-
- Coordination with the campus officials
- Leader of the surveying team.
- Tracking time schedule.
# Port Ghalib resort. (from: 21/12/2004 till 15/2/2008)
Project consists of:
• Three integrated hotels “1000 Rooms” with cost of 180, 000, 000 L.E.
• Harbor Master Building with cost 10, 000, 000 L.E.
• Conference Center Building with cost 15, 000, 000 L.E.
Client: Elkharafy Group (EMAK)
AAM Role: Construction supervision team.
Responsible for:-
- Reviewing construction shop drawings.
- Inspecting construction Works and architectural work.
- Making snag list.
# Structural Designer (from: 15/05/2003 to 20/12/2004)
The office is specialist in designing resorts.
Main work is making the structural design and drawing of these resorts building.
Samples of these projects: Port Ghalip, Sheikh coast, Intercontinental, Diving center hotel
Working with small contractors in the field of Real Stat. Responsibility include mentoring workers and sub-contractors, following construction activities and preparing QS.
