- Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives and support organizational growth.

- Talent Acquisition: including employer branding, recruitment, succession planning, employee experience,
- Partnering with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Creating a compensation strategy for all employees based on market
- Developing and implementing an automated onboarding/offboarding policies and procedures
- Ensure that all direct reports acquire the competencies for effective performance in their roles, through appropriate training and professional development
- Review and approve consolidated manpower plans and reports for distribution to top management

- Conducting performance and salary reviews

- Managing the day-to-day HR activities within the team to ensure standards are followed in a timely manne

- Ensuring the organization’s compliance with local law and HR policies

- Ensure all staff transactions and interactions, including hiring, firing and reassignment are conducted according to appropriate policies and laws

- Advise top management on their people performance and opportunities to improve employee engagement

- Ensure efficient usage of human resources across the organisation in terms of productivity and deployment of staff capabilities

- Direct the design and implementation of integrated strategies for improvement of the physical and cultural working environment across the Business

▪ Recruiting staff - includes: developing job descriptions, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing
and selecting candidates

▪ Managing employee benefits (health plans, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and end of service benefits)
