Project Brief


The project is to build Multi-purpose terminal in Alexandria port with total cost of 6.5 Billion EGP, It is one of the nation-state projects included Piers build, contained goods terminal, Piers Plunge deepening, Storage yards, and uncontained goods terminal.

Job Role

As Administration manager I’m managing the following sections:
• Purchasing Dep. Included distribute the PR between the Purchasing Executives, gathering quotations, issue the PO, following the proses till the end.
• Store included monitoring the minimum stoke for all items and follow up in & out proses in the store.
• HR included recruiting the staff, salary scale for each position, social insurance, Staff attendants and leave, Health insurance and Promotions
• Finance Only Cash flow and cost control.
• Logistics included transfer heavy equipment between projects, Staff transportation, Purchasing transportation and all the building materials logistics.
• Accommodation for all non- Alexandria residents.
• Gate pass for the staff, equipment, purchasing and building materials.
