مراجعه حسابات الوكلاء ومدي تحقيق هامش ربح منهم و مراجعه حسابات القروع وتطبيق سياسات العمل عليها وتحليل مبيعات الفروع ومقارنتها بالعام السابق والشهر السابق واظهار نقاط القوه والضعف خلال الشهر ورفعها لمجلس الاداره لتجنبها خلال الاشهر القادمه
i. Follow-up diary of the branches and the region and comparing the daily target and growth
ii. Follow-up of delegates investigators and supervisors
iii. KPIS work of the branches and the region so as to keep track of the following: -
o Drop Size
o DRA
o Succeed & Planed Visit
o Follow up customer lines and thier numbers
o Follow up the number of actual working days
o Comparing the results compared to the previous year KPIS
ii. Follow-up sales of new lines
iii. Administrative work of the branch ( exceptions - Commissions - gifts - .......... )
iv. Action Score Card of the whole region
v. Follow-up loyalty program traders ( Sales & Target )
vi. monitoring the performance of the car with boxes for branches and the region and compared to the previous year and the previous month
vii. Planning for the goal at the monthly and annual and divide into branches and the region
viii. Follow-up on the division of the goal of the branch at the sales cars
ix. Determine the expected target and calculate the percentage growth of the branches and the region
x. Follow-up itineraries for delegates and the region in terms of the ( customer rating - Data - Visits - ...... )
xi. determine warehouse cycle according to the goals set for the new year
