Duties & Responsibilities
• Participating in the development of strategies and objectives of the department.

• Monitoring the work flow within the department & ensuring that all preventive/ corrective actions are being made promptly.
• Participating in developing the department’s budgets and managing the activities within towards achieving the set budget.
• Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates regarding work priorities and ensuring work is flowing smoothly.
• Ensuring that all projects are being managed effectively in the areas of contract administration, material management, engineering, planning, quality assurance and quality control, construction, accounting, and health, safety and environment.
• Participating in preparing technical and financial offers for supervision contracts and ensuring that all aspects and requirements are being met .
• Ensuring that records of projects
progress are being submitted and updated as
appropriate.
• Reviewing reports submitted by
the subordinates and giving instructions and
recommendations for all matters.
• Providing support, advice and
assistance to project managers and site staff

as appropriate and interacting with high
level clients and contractors when required.
• Synchronizing all projects activities
and coordinating all efforts to achieve the
proper communication among projects’
staff and Projects Design Department, as
well as managing the relations with clients
and addressing their needs.
