Magrabi Hospitals & Centers Group is a network of 34 hospitals and medical centers spread out in the Middle East. Reporting to the Managing Director, I am managing a marketing team of 1 Corporate Marketing Manager, 1 Corporate Digital Marketing Manager, 2 Marketing Officers, and 7 regional sales & marketing managers. I am responsible for the sales & marketing functions of the group in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Yemen and Egypt

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic sales & marketing planning process and ensure its completion.
• Develop, direct, and control the marketing business strategies and activities of the organization according to each business unit versus the identified market segments.
• Identify and make decisions on product positioning and what market segments to serve.
• Maintain Magrabi market leadership in its field of specialty.
• Increase patients flow to all Magrabi locations and secure new locations growth rates as per feasibility studies.
• Create and improve brand and services' awareness.
• Measure and maintain customer satisfaction above benchmark levels.
• Lead contractual and pricing negotiations with 3rd party payers.
• Forecast & prepare sales targets and rewarding schemes.
• Acquisition of new accounts and developing current accounts achieving max. results.
• Mentor, train and oversee the sales teams to ensure monthly targets achievement.
• Manage the creative and digital agencies to deliver planned strategic goals of awareness, engagement, patients’ flow, and revenue.
• Study different geographies, populations, and demographics to help set an expansion prioritizing matrix.
• Participate in the preparation of feasibility studies for new expansions.
• Participate in the customer experience initiatives to improve patients’ satisfaction.
• Participate in preparing revenue projections models.

Achievements
• Successfully launched new branches in Jeddah, Dammam, Hassa, Riyadh, Jubail, Aseer, Jazan, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, Cairo and Tanta.
• Launched digital lead generation campaigns that increased the revenue by 25%-30% year on year from 2017 till 2021.
• Created and trained a telemarketing team to contact and book leads from the lead generation campaigns for appointments.
• Launched company portal which ranks No 1 in the Middle East versus all healthcare providers in terms of rank, content quality and SEO.
• Launched all social media channels which rank also on top of all competitors in terms of fanbase and engagement.
• Created a market sizing and potentiality chart for Magrabi’s field of specialty to prioritize expansion plans.
• Successfully lead cash price optimizations yielding an increase in total revenue by 25%.
• Successfully lead all pricing negotiations with all insurance companies that improved profitability by 35% (2012-2021).
