• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
• Prepares financial and business related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project
teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.

• Update standard costs in the bill of materials, Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.
• Validate the cost of goods sold, Coordinate physical inventory counts.
• review standard and actual costs for variances and report variances to management for decision-making purposes.

• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission .
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.

• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy.

 Recording all financial transactions, Review and analysis of the month's transactions and make Analysis Reports.
 Analyzing monthly financial statements and make ratios related to balance sheet and income statement .
 Responsible for auditing the payroll cycle as a whole, and the increases and deductions of each individual employee salary .
 Make monthly cost reports including allocating cost of services departments to production departments using Direct and stepdown method, and calculates cost of products based on each production department rate .
 Make the yearly company balance sheet and income statement and the financial analysis related to the financial statements .
 Making monthly performance reports analyzing the variance for each department in comparison with the budget .
