• Managing Human Resource initiatives like payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, updates of employee personal files, preparation of HR letters & reports, handling all HR correspondence.
• Coordinate with recruitment for interviews, issuance of offer letters & other recruitment-related activities.
• Associate retention program, assisting and organizing associate activities and programs creative that increased employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Separation process, Resignations / Dismissal.
• Effectively resolved all employee relations' issues and addressed concerns
• Keeps proper filing and record of all associate documents and HR documents for easy retrieval
• Managing patients’ files (referrals registration in system, scan referrals, filing, managing DNA patients).
• Act as a liaison between patients and Hospital.
• Senior Clerk Welcoming patients and giving a positive impression of the organization.
• Schedule appointment for patients using CERNER.
• Making calls to reschedule appointments when necessary.
• Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
• Making reminder calls a day before the appointments.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions.
• Prepare daily working map (daily schedule) of programs that broadcast on the channel and depending on the network programming
• Holding responsibility of assuring all daily scheduling is fulfilling the dead line and ready for transmission.
• Following up naming and initials (includes Tape and live ID) on the Servers and Tapes.
• Control all programs that are acquired from any private productive institutions and monitored by watching them and evaluated according to their quality.
• Control programs and be sure the readiness to broadcast.
• Granted the technical approval on Video & Audio.
• Provide Detailed technical report of the completion.
• Management of Server Space. Daily deletion to maintain a healthy percentage of sever space.
• Making weekly Kill List for the expired contents from the daily server.
• Promote television programs.
• Follow the daily workflow.
• Perform other duties relevant to the job as requested.
• Technical understanding of Broadcast Workflow and the tools required to achieve it.
• Attending the Section and Management meetings
