 Entrusted with the task of managing the External managed Investment Portfolio, Limited Partnership Investment Portfolio for Real Estate Fund, Private Equities Fund, Infrastructure Fund, & Local investment portfolio in equities, fixed deposits and fixed income.
 Responsible for analyzing and reviewing monthly investment accounting reports provided by the custodian and investment valuation for direct hold private market investment.
 Monitoring preparation of the monthly asset holdings reports for private investment and forwarding to the custodian. Ensuring reconciliation of Investment Trial Balance to the Custodian’s position, private market investments position, and all prices provided with its sources.
 Review the fund position and asset allocation report on monthly basis.
 Monitoring and reporting on foreign withholding tax amounts due and recoverable from foreign tax authorities and communicate with the tax service staff for all tax matters.
 Ensuring all management, custody and performance fees charged in respect of Investment Managers and custodians are calculated in accordance with the agreed contracted basis.
 Accountable for all transactions related to capital calls, all types of fees, distribution and valuation are recorded properly and on time. Monitoring review of the monthly reconciliation between custodian and fund manager’s reports, and Investment Compliance Reports.
 Ensured reporting on the performance of the Custodian against the agreed standards as detailed in the Service Description and the Global Custody Agreement.
