Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, negotiation, and contract management.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and establish supplier agreements.
• Maintain and update procurement policies and procedures.
• Analyze market trends and assess risks to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
• Manage procurement budgets and track spending to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor procurement staff, providing training and development opportunities.

Handling all the transactions between KSA warehouses and managing the stock level to insure that all transfers to our 63 shops are going smoothly without any drop of stock

Handling all operations of supply chain and logistic department in KSA for more than 32 branches and more than 85 employees under my management and control.

A- Fire and safety management
- My responsible for all firefighting system in the warehouse (Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam)
- I am held periodic fire drills for warehouse staff
- keep all the firefighting and safety equipment's in good operational condition
- coordinate with the respective companies & keep the fire system in excellent condition
- Daily development for the safety standards
- I am in charge of first aid & emergency cases in the premises
- Handle all the correspondence & filing for the Dangerous goods and custom relations

B- Warehouses and logistics
- Take care pf all the maintenance jobs in the warehouses & the yard carry out repairs, improve extend any facility as required
- check the attendance/time sheet for all employees on daily basis
- Shipping and receiving the containers
- Inspection all the incoming and outgoing goods
- Stock management between branches
- Monthly and yearly evaluation for my team (Jeddah branch only)(58 employees)
- Quarterly inventory and reports for all branches (Jeddah, Riyadh & Dammam)Career Objective:

3-Send and receive shipments and daily reports on incoming and outgoing warehouses and make the inspection report

5-Follow up with customs broker regarding new shipments
6-Daily reports of petty cash and invoices of warehouses and shipping
7-Checking & monitoring the safety equipment in daily basis and write the safety data sheet
8-Daily check for warehouses fire alarm system and control panels
