Quoting Schlumberger’s shipment on all mode of transport whether it is by land freight, airfreight or sea freight
Presenting the KPI report to Schlumberger on Monthly basis - Providing the new Ideas and Evaluate the process to ensure 100% accuracy in all sectors of Operations and team performance.
Manage the pro-active cycle count process conduct checks on pick and bulk location as required to ensure stock integrity.
Coordinate, implement and perform audits for inventory accuracy, problem resolution, and reconciliation of discrepancies
Inspection and investigation of all stock discrepancies physically and reporting as required
Updating the Stock in Warehouse Management System (WMS ) on Daily basis .
Preparing the Commercial Invoices / Packing list, Delivery Advises and process the Country of Origin certificate (If required) on the behalf of client request

Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and

Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy.
Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to
gather information about products to be ordered.
Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases,
and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to
vendors.
Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for
bookkeeping purposes.
Monitor contractor performance, recommending contract modifications when
necessary.
Prepare invitation-of-bid forms and mail forms to supplier firms or distribute forms for
public posting.
