Acting as a country Manager with the Folowing tasks:
• Guidance and supervision of all services of the Company
• Ensuring that safety is first priority for all partners and employees
• Acts also as Sales manager
• Purchasing of all direct materials in coordination with Region manager
• Quality assurance - setting quality standards, maintaining quality
• Negotiating credit line facilities and conditions with banks in coordination with Region manager controller
• Annual staff appraisals and Formal reporting of all functional performance

• Responsibility for managing a building complex construction project (worth over 40 million SR) to a government agency
• Recruiting and leading a team of engineers within various disciplines to execute the project, allocating resources accordingly
• Accountability for ensuring all project deliveries occur within planned timeframes, to the correct quality and within budget forecast
• Ensuring all project benefits are documented, measured and realised within the planned time frame
• Identifying the project risks and responses strategies, procurement and contractual requirements
• Coordinating with all vendors and contractors to ensure all contracts are fulfilled and that the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standard
• Managing formal deliverables handover and sign off process

• Working as the Projects Engineer on several projects as follows:-
• PP9 Riyadh (3000 MW), PP8 Ext. (1200 MW), PP7 Ext.(136 MW) and Hail PP
• Preparing of bidding documentation including specifications, contracts and contract clues review
• Monitoring the activities of the power plant execution phase, including the organization of engineering inspections for materials, installation, testing, commissioning and quality control
• Contributing to committee of project closures, in respect of financial and technical processes
• Leading the team in charge of design to execute and operate deep well water treatment plant (30, 000 m³/day), and industrial and municipal WTP ( 640m³/day)
• Prepare environmental assessments, perform environmental risk assessments relating to hazardous waste and oil releases, and plan and evaluate the results of treat ability studies.
• Monitoring overall project performance in terms of cost, quality and scheduling, analysing results, troubleshooting issues and updating issues and risks log
• Providing administrative and logistics support to the project, handling the supply chain and procurement requirements
• Reporting progress on the project to Senior Management and producing budgets, risk assessments and written reports on contractor performance
