A. Daily Duties:
Maintain successful backups (Backup Admin)
Maintain successful users access to AD
Maintain successful users access to DFS
Maintain successful users access to Voucher system
Maintain stock market trading systems View to all Investors at the trading hall.
Maintain successful access and use of the Email system
Maintain a successful journaling and archiving all users old Emails.
Response to assigned tickets( work orders interactions- service requests - change requests and incidents)
B. Periodic Duties:
Reports to be sent to CSD Customer service and CSD call center on monthly bases.
Managing Critical systems Licenses ( Win Servers - Microsoft Office - SQL Data Base - Microsoft Support tools - backup toot and Citrix)
Participating in all the meeting of any upcoming projects
C. Duties performed at irregular intervals:
Negotiate the prices of any new projects to get the minimum proposal price.
Renewing maintenance contracts for all the critical services with different vendors and suppliers.
