-Project Leader - Implementation of HRMS Oracle across the Group
-Administer the monthly payroll generation
-Contribute to the development and/or implementation of projects.
-Ensure company’s compliance with internal laws and procedures.
-Review and control the grading system for Shops and Head Office employees, as well as for new positions.
-Conduct job evaluations and analysis to preserve internal equity
-Develop, analyze and review schemes on seasonal basis
-Maintain and update reports for management’s strategic decision-making.
-Ensure the submissions of all governmental forms and reports on time.
-Prepare the manpower planning and annual budget in coordination with the C&B Manager.
-Prepare and reviews employees’ benefits along with the HR / C&B Manager.
-Review C&B policies and procedures and submits recommendations when necessary.
-Analyze and audit payroll and related reports
-Verify and monitor all kinds of employees’ letters before obtaining the signature from the authorized personnel.
-Provide training and support for all local C&B teams
-Cover part of the ER function (Policies properly implemented, Exit Interview, problem solving….)
