A joint venture between Zahid and Binladen specialized in logistics and 3PL, running 400 trucks and more than 600 employees. Main task was to reengineer business process, redesign the company to be positioned as the first logistic company in MENA. Assumed full responsibility for managing all plant operation, including shipping & receiving plans and schedules, maintenance, and sanitation with extra office responsibilities. Oversaw the generation of maximum profitability and ensure full loads efficiency and productions levels were met while simultaneously performing safety, quality, and cost within the operating budget constraints. Supervised and directed all employees disciplinary and training programs, and 5 new plants improvement projects.

Achieved a record of 2, 400 Renault units never reached later. Directly responsible for overall profitability, sales and service define and implement long and short-term objectives, oversee and control all daily operation, policy implementation, advertising/promotions and strategic directions. Set and administrate budgets, initiate cost controls to ensure profitability. Recruit hire and motivate lead by example a staff of 128 including key management and support personal for sales, finance and insurance, service, parts and body shop departments. Established departmental goals with management team, which are based exceeding the expectations of customer through continuously improving our services and satisfying there needs.

• Most senior Caterpillar Certified Six sigma Black Belt. Expertise on DMAIC six sigma methodologies for new product designs and cost reduction development.
• Was responsible to achieve Green Belt certifications of 35+ new joiners and also coached the team to effectively use six sigma tools in DMAIC, DFSS and DFR methodologies. Expert knowledge on QFD, FMEA, CTQ Flow down and DOE tools. Strong knowledge on reliability tools and analysis. Have also worked on key business acquisitions.

Started as a salesman for Volvo trucks in Riyadh for 3 years promoted to a sales supervisor for 2 years then transferred to Jeddah, promoted to a Sales Manager position for more than 8 years, transferred back as a Branch Manager for Volvo Trucks than finally Renault Daewoo, and Volvo trucks and Busses Marketing Manager.
