• Manage all activities related to the project’s design process which includes (but is not limited to):
- Reviewing final drawings package and raising RFQs and RFIs as part of the pre engineering process.
- Reviewing and producing detailed IFC and shop drawings.
- Providing technical and operational support to construction teams.
- Provide Interior and architectural Design proposals for owner and operator.
- Coordinate between the engineering disciplines and reviewing the workshop drawings from subcontractors.
- Providing procurement department with technical information and reviewing the material submittals.
- Supporting contract department by the essential documents as such design changes and identification of variation to produce variation orders.
• Coordinate with consultant, operator and the client to follow and incorporate their requirements and standards.
• Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and manage staff performance to achieve best performance and ensure continuous development of technical skills for team members.
