• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by On-going visits to customers.

• Responsible for developing long-term positive customer relationships to build customer loyalty and confidence.

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support and services.

• Prepare offers according to inquiries and tender aspects.

• Handling sales for different medical equipments as follow:
o Cardiology and Neurology (NIHON KOHDEN)
o Lights and OT table (BERCHTOLD)
o Ventilator (NEWPORT)
o Diagnostic Set (RIESTER)
o Body Fat Analyzer(TANITA)

• Responsible to make service for different lap equipments, CBC Nihon Kohden, semi automated chemistry analyzer Ral, blood gas analyzer Medica, Centrifuge Thermo.

• Responsible to install, commissioning for new medical devices like monitors, defibrillators, ECGs, EEGs, EMGs, Ventilators, Blood Gas Analyzer, Hematology.
