Joined Danat Lamar Company as Assistant Sales and Marketing Officer.
It is new company that is providing products used in building homes, malls, buildings and other construction places all over the KSA.
Main tasks were to going at construction companies and giving them presentation and information about the company products.
Conducting and coordinating marketing employee meetings and conferences. Managing the timelines and deliverable for new business development.
Gave presentations in Riyadh, Jeddah and The Holy mosques in Makkah for Swiss Eco Taps. Giving taps as free sample to each visited companies.
Taking feedback and then contacting those construction firms again by going to them twice or thrice a month.
Taking that feedback and compiling the presentation and preparing Minutes of Meeting and reporting back to GM.
Helping the company to find potential clients and doing market research. That which clients can give us business.
Writing up the marketing reports that include the conclusions.
Responding quickly to requests for information about the company.

Joined Frito Lay Company as a Territory Sales Officer.
Started work in Paradise Frito Lay Distribution situated at Capital Road Sialkot city. Distribution was owned by Mr.Usman and run by ASM (Area Sales Manager) Asim Fayyaz and TSO (Territory Sales Officer) Mr.Raja Feroz.
Went with different DSR’s (Distribution Sales Representatives) to visit market. How to make order from Key Account Shops. Delivery of stock and its display in Frito Lay racks. Giving discounts and TPR to retailers and Wholesalers. Visiting shops on daily basis as per Route Plane. Collecting bills from distribution and receiving payments from retailers as per bill and submitting in Account Department. Punching the order of next day sales to the KPO (Key Punching Operator) and making bills.
Working with the Supply Chain Department that is responsible for the Stock maintenance. Receiving stock from company’s production unit as per order given by STSO on daily basis. Allocation of stock to each sale man of each DSR. FIFO rule is applied on stock and disposing the damage and expiry stock. Maintenance of Gondolas/Racks and most importantly merchandising stuff like posters buntings etc.
TSO is in actual runs a small company that includes Sales and Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Accounts, Wear house, KPO TSO of • company held a meeting with sales team on daily basis to check daily target if achieved. Giving sales tips and asking about problem in market. Hiring and firing of DSR and encouraging them to increase sales. Seeing DSR next day order and keeping in mind about current stock in store room then ordering for new stock as per brand requirement. How to make route for each DSR and spotting out key account shops of
Route. Making sure that DSR is visiting route shops on daily basis and Availability of each Brand and SKU’s. Achieving monthly target assigned by ASM and forecasting next month target of every DSR.
