Started working for IOCC in May 2012 as Office/Data Tendering & Processing Manager and in May 2013 I was promoted to Regional Head of Administrative services with reporting directly to the country Representative and supervising a team of 5
I develop, review and approve all agreements (offices lease, apartments lease, employment and purchases)
I work closely with administration staff to provide best logistics support for program staff, HQ staff and regional coordinators (travel arrangements, accommodation and transport, conferences and workshops)
I act as the IT focal point in the region and handle the network related issues such as safety and security of data files on hand, and I contribute to developing and updating administrative policies and procedures for the regional offices and ensure orientation and implementation.
I have drafted forms to be used in tenders, purchases, payments, receipts, mileage log frames, attendance sheets and other important documents to maintain a logical filing system and a standard. I do currently procurement process and develop tender books that complies with different donors such as USAID, DKH, NCA, ECHO, UNHCR, UNICEF, …
I act as the GIK (Gifts in Kind) officer for the region and handle shipping procedures will distribution in the field.
During my 2 year tenure at The Chocolate Lounge, I held the responsibility to take part of innovations of a unique menu and heading the marketing and customer care department.
I rolled out different marketing plans, set targets, and analyzed data and sales to better reach goals and targets by due dates. I took part in creating and setting standards for franchising and delivered in less than a year marketing standards for a new born concept and franchising manuals.
Under a program called EMLED “Empowering Municipalities through Local Economic Development” and funded by USAID, I held the responsibility to implement a component out of 3, main duties are as follows:
Managing the ICT department
Tutoring community centers and municipal members on computer skills and Microsoft Office applications and data file management
Development and delivery of 15 municipal websites
Development of an Online Knowledge Sharing Portal covering 130 municipalities
Setup and implementation of a GIS solution for the regions of AKKAR, JBEIL, JEZZINE and Al RIHANE area
Boosting the eco-tourism through development of a platform for panoramic 360° photos of the national attraction
Online Database design and development
Computerizing RI M&E system and implementing electronic documentation for all program related files
Setting up and maintaining MCS (micro credit software), a customized credit software for EMLED program
Managing and handling the technical aspect of the communications between HQ, Main Office and field Offices
