Started working for IOCC in May 2012 as Office/Data Tendering & Processing Manager and in May 2013 I was promoted to Regional Head of Administrative services with reporting directly to the country Representative and supervising a team of 5
I develop, review and approve all agreements (offices lease, apartments lease, employment and purchases)
I work closely with administration staff to provide best logistics support for program staff, HQ staff and regional coordinators (travel arrangements, accommodation and transport, conferences and workshops)
I act as the IT focal point in the region and handle the network related issues such as safety and security of data files on hand, and I contribute to developing and updating administrative policies and procedures for the regional offices and ensure orientation and implementation.
I have drafted forms to be used in tenders, purchases, payments, receipts, mileage log frames, attendance sheets and other important documents to maintain a logical filing system and a standard. I do currently procurement process and develop tender books that complies with different donors such as USAID, DKH, NCA, ECHO, UNHCR, UNICEF, …
I act as the GIK (Gifts in Kind) officer for the region and handle shipping procedures will distribution in the field.
