‎2)‎ Technical Reviewing, amending and approving all the structural design ‎from Design consultants which include but not limited to, ‎
a-‎ Approving Design standards and codes.‎
b-‎ Reviewing structural and civil Design parameters to comply with the latest ‎standards, codes, local requirements and regulations.‎
c-‎ Reviewing of the Structural systems, ‎
d-‎ Applying value engineering to assure applicable constructability, time & cost ‎saving, coordinate with other disciplines to assure decreasing life cycle cost, ‎space allocation and energy replacement or savings.‎
e-‎ Reviewing, amending and approving Design Models, (ETABS, SAFE, SAP, ‎PROKON, structural RIVET), ‎
f-‎ Reviewing and approving Basis of Design including but not limited to (approved ‎structural systems, codes, loads, deflection, materials, fire rating, Durability) ‎
g-‎ Reviewing and approving All structural and civil specifications, ‎
