Responsibilities:
1) Construction Management, which include but not limited to,
a- Monitoring, Coordinating and directing team members to assure that project is executed according to contract documents, (Contract agreement, General and particular specs, Drawings, BOQ…. )
b- Directing the contractors and the consultants to finish the project within scope, Time, Cost and required quality as per specs,
c- Reviewing and approving contractor and subcontractor pre-qualifications,
d- Reviewing and approving Materials and suppliers subjected to compliance with specs and local regulations,
e- Monitoring Time, cost and quality,
f- Risk Management including Risk Planning, Monitoring, avoiding, mitigating and solving occurred risks.
g- Coordinating with Contractor, consultant, client, End Users, and involved stakeholder to solve issues and to fulfill their requirements according to objectives and project document contract,
h- Coordinate with consultants to give recommendations for solving technical structural issues,
i- Communicate and coordinate with local authorities to approve and get utilities requirement and discharges such as but not limited to (Potable, RO, irrigation) water all electric demand loads substations or Major station, output locations for storm and sewer discharge,
j- Monitor logs and assure that all NCRs, safety violations, cost savings are closed and applied according to contract documents,
k- Approving VO if needed subjected to contract procedures and client approval.
l- Reviewing and approving the contractors and subcontractor invoices according to approved work and BOQ,
m- -Submitting weekly and Monthly reports for highlight progress, monitor delays, issues, pending decisions and to forecast of the next month major activities.
2) Technical Reviewing, amending and approving all the structural design from Design consultants which include but not limited to,
a- Approving Design standards and codes.
b- Reviewing structural and civil Design parameters to comply with the latest standards, codes, local requirements and regulations.
c- Reviewing of the Structural systems,
d- Applying value engineering to assure applicable constructability, time & cost saving, coordinate with other disciplines to assure decreasing life cycle cost, space allocation and energy replacement or savings.
e- Reviewing, amending and approving Design Models, (ETABS, SAFE, SAP, PROKON, structural RIVET),
f- Reviewing and approving Basis of Design including but not limited to (approved structural systems, codes, loads, deflection, materials, fire rating, Durability)
g- Reviewing and approving All structural and civil specifications,
h- Reviewing and approving design drawings,
i- Reviewing and approving BOQ according to quantities extracted from structural Rivet model and complying with the approved specs.
j- Coordinating between disciplines using Rivet and then exporting to Navisworks,
k- Reviewing and Approving structural and civil subconsultants and all their construction submittals including but not limited to (Prequalification, Time schedule matching with main contractor time schedule, Method statement, Quality plan, HSC plan, Risk plan, Procurement plan, … )

Project consists of :
- New Passenger Terminal Building of 810 thousands SQM with 46 Passenger Boarding bridges and 94 gates, Including Hotel, Automatic people mover ( APM ), BHS, and all newest special airport systems, of capacity 30 million passengers annually,
- 3 load centers supplying MV, Chilled, potable, firefighting water,
- 2 Data center containing most of the airport and civil aviation systems,
- Control Tower with height of 156 m,
- Auxiliary buildings including ( 5 Radio sites, 4 check pts, 2 Custom buildings, Airside & land side firefighting buildings, Car Park for more than 30 thousands vehicles, crisis and Meteorology buildings, )
