As the Project Manager for KINGDOM HOLDIN CO. (2002-2003) New Offices ( Main Head Quartef for HRH Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal Al saud) and HRH Prince AL WALEED BIN TALAL NEW PENTHOUSE at kingdom tower on floor lev66 AND 66M, ( SR 42 Million) A prestigious Interior Design Complete Fit-out Project, which was successfully handing-Over Feb.2004.
Responsibilities: Managing the construction / Coordination: a very sensitive tasks for implementation between The Client and The French Interior Designer ( Michael Pican) . And, between the Consultant, along all involved sub-contractors and suppliers. Monitoring progress and quality control. Scheduling / procurement control. Evaluating contractors, supplier's interim payments plus variation applications.

Senior Architect (Construction) assigned to ( Bechtel site Technical office, exclusive on Kingdom tower)
Kingdom Tower (1999-2002): as a Senior Architect; as a member of the architectural technical team, for reviewing all Facades - Curtain wall systems, its relevant materials including the developing of the interface junction details. And, the entire Vertical -transports systems and materials. Including monitoring: work progress and quality.
Projects involved which included: • 1998- 1999, Kingdom Hospital (A prestigious high quality hospital), Riyadh.
