Responsibilities: Managing the construction / Coordination: a very sensitive tasks for implementation between The Client and The French Interior Designer ( Michael Pican) . And, between the Consultant, along all involved sub-contractors and suppliers. Monitoring progress and quality control. Scheduling / procurement control. Evaluating contractors, supplier's interim payments plus variation applications.

And, the entire Vertical -transports systems and materials. Including monitoring: work progress and quality.
