Coordinate overall support team activities in bank branches b/w Head Office, Involving Multi-Vendor Environment and end users.

Accountable for the Installation, Configuration, Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Desktop PCs with wide Variety of MS Windows OS like Win 2007 / NT 4.0 / XP / Win 7, Vista, Mac .
Administer First Level Desktop hardware support and communication problems including ATM related calls.
Maintenance & Performance Tuning of the Servers and the Databases in the Branches and the Regional Office.
Carrying out Rollouts for new projects.
