 Coordinate overall support team activities in bank branches b/w Head Office, Involving Multi-Vendor Environment and end users.
 Provide Technical Support to Development teams for the implementation of all the software at the Branches and Regional Offices.
 Attend all the technical problems at the region and provide support to the end users ensuring their satisfaction and also as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
 Oversee Installation, Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of MS Windows NT 4.0 / 2003 Servers and SQL Server 7.0 / 2000.
 Accountable for the Installation, Configuration, Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Desktop PCs with wide Variety of MS Windows OS like Win 2007 / NT 4.0 / XP / Win 7, Vista, Mac .
 Administer First Level Desktop hardware support and communication problems including ATM related calls.
 Maintenance & Performance Tuning of the Servers and the Databases in the Branches and the Regional Office.
 Carrying out Rollouts for new projects.
