I’m qualified Civil Engineer with 15+ experience in managing the ground improvements works including the Piling works (all dia’s and depths), different types of shoring works, Vibro compaction, stone column works, dewatering and excavation works of the multi basement buildings. I am involved in the foundation projects from inception till issuance of defects liability certificates. I worked mainly as a team leader and simultaneously managing multidisciplinary teams. As a team leader, I used my analytical skills to evaluate the complex problems and came up with alternatives to tackle those issues. I have good communication and coordination skills which I have been utilizing for the successful completion of my assignments.
Presently I am working as a Projects Manager in KELLER Grundbau. Before staring my career in KELLER, I worked with well-knownGeotechnical companies including Bauer International, National Piling and Middle East Foundations. I have worked in the Gulf region including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar.I remained involved in Iconic as well as mega projects like Foundation of BurjKhalifa with EMAAR, Soil Improvement of Palm Deira with Dubai Properties, foundations of festival mall, foundations of expansion of the Oil Refinery in TAWEELA with PETROFAC, Extension of Terminal 4 in Jebel ALI with Bam International, Dubai Towers Qatar with Hill International, the High speed railway HHR in KSA which is 450KM long and several DEWA sub-stations with Siemens and others major clients.
My Core responsibilities remained all this period is the successful completion of the projects, develop the long term relations with Clients, create the strong and healthy working environment, induce the positive culture within the company, create the harmony among the different departments, control the losses and improve the quality, increase the level of productivity and serviceability, managing cashflow, developing and improving the skills, knowledge and awareness of employees by trainings, literatures and standowns. Least but not last focus on the company Policy and meet the health and safety set standards.
I have done the M.Sc in Construction Project Management from Herriot Watt university, did my B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Engineering University Lahore. I am NEBOSH certified and have several certifications on HSE like IOSH. I recently got the safety champion award from KELLER. I have done Contractual Law course from HarvardUniversity, US. Undergone several training on Project management, negotiation skills, sales training, Appraisals training, Legal and Risks etc. from Germany.Did my Oracle data base management from California and hands on other software’s like Sun Solaris, Primavera 6, Autocad etc.
