Programming and Designing of Automatic Pneumatic Controlled AMMICO Grout Mixture (AGM1000) using Delta DVP-32H PLC and WeinView HMI that incorporates automatic ingredient Control, Mixing Time and Slurry transfer to holding Agitator. Production Data i.e Volume, Pressure and total volume is displayed on screen as trend Graphs and recorded in USB Flash.
Programing HEMCO Rigs (HR35, HR22) using STW 3XL controller, CCpilot XS Display for Controlling Rigging, De-rigging and Drilling operations and monitoring machine and engine parameters to ensure smooth operations and high safety for machines, operators and Site Staff.
Development of Crane Safety System using EPEC (3023) and Graf GDS Display to ensuring boom Length with safe working load at specific rope falls.
Interfacing and Parameterization of CAN open interface inclinometers, encoders and pressure transmitter.
Troubleshooting and Rewiring of Crawler Cranes, Bauer Rigs, SanyRigs, Hemco Rigs, Sany Truck mounted Grout Pumps, Elevators, XCMG, BobCat according to Automotive Standards.
