Promoted to Safety supervisor from Safety Officer in July 2017. Performing duties as Manager HSE and Safety representative in SIRTI Saudi Arabia Company, COM Package.
• Working as Manager HSE from June, 2017
• Closely working with Construction team for approval of JSA and Approval excavation Forms
• Safety Supervision on Sub-Contractor work
• Preparing Incident Reports
• Preparing Weekly Statistical Report & Monthly Reports
• Close work and coordination with Construction Supervisor and Safety Officers
• Attended Petro Rabigh Hazard Recognition Training
• Recommending Disciplinary Actions against the safety violators
• Observe all safety rules & regulations and taking necessary action to obtain the required safe work site
• Checking of warning tapes, sign boards and barricade (soft & hard) to ensure that these are according to the standard of client
• Maintaining, reviewing and implementing the changing safety rules, Policies given by the client.
• Supervision of all fixed and mobile Fire equipment
Working on Annual budgeting. working on new account acquisition & new business development for the company. working on existing clients to retain with the company. Customer services to resolve the queries regarding services. Working on new business and on projects and to communicate with higher management to get approval for the project . Prepare business plans for the customers to provide supply chain services and share these plans with my Sales manager and higher management for approval. Develop sales plan on projects with project manager and revenues and profits from the projects. Close coordination with Top level management and with my Regional Sales Head and Sales Manager. Mainly focus on Key Accounts where the company generating more revenues.
Work with TCS express & logistics as Territory Officer of Key accounts. Basically, i am working on key accounts to provide them error free services and at the end of each month i have to collect all the sales revenue from key Clients(major revenue holders) as in support of Key account Manager & Sales Manager as well. My targets are defined on the basis of Sales revenue. Clients including from the Banking Sector, Educational Institutes, Retail stores and from the Telecom sector as well.
5 months internship in Club Card-Commercial Department (Total Parco Head Office Lahore). Core functions are:
• Maintain record and documentation of customers closely working with Sales and Accounts department
• Handling customer complaints
• Informing new customers about club card
• Data management
• Data repository
• Recovery calls
• Developing procedures to work in paperless environment
6 weeks internship in shell tameer as an intern. Major tasks are include
• Conducting workshop on educating young entrepreneurs to grow their business with Business Plan
• Market research on lubricant
• Game changer (Idea generation)
I have done my majors in Sales and Marketing with the mixed touch of HR and finance course too. In general smasters i have to study general courses for HR, Finance and marketing, my specialization is in Sales and Marketing and am working on Sales and relationship building in my current job.
My major courses were in my bachelor Degree was , Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, Introduction to business, Business Law, Economics and Taxation
