• Check and add new channels form different satellites.
• Diagnose the issue in the servers and system and troubleshoot them.
• Manage other sister products Redchilli TV, Arabic TV, and plug and play TV.
• Control whole system of all products with CMS.
• Generate daily and weekly report of whole system, channels and streaming servers.
• Update VOD video on demand.
• Documentation of each server and record every detail of it.
• Manage and install LAN/WAN router and switches for servers and system.
• Prepare life cycle upgrade plans.
• Keep updating the latest patches and security software on servers.
• Provide technical expertise to develop new product strategies and enhance existing product sets.

• Daily communicate with distributors and resellers to solve their problems.
• Give daily report to CEO.
• Supervise whole system and office.
• Supervise and train technical support agents.
• Communicate directly with customer if the problem not solve by agents.
• Create and assign task to agents and others team members.
Web Developer and Designer

• Create IPTV and other website of the company.
• Maintain and update exciting website.
• Create and maintain Email accounts and use the mail servers
