Doha Pak is a well reputed Construction company
and general contractor that Offers Civil Construction
Services, Building Material Tarde, Fleet Management and
Material lifting equipment (EOT Crane, Gantry Crane &
Jib Crane etc. (sales & maintenance) in the Qatar region
since 2009.
Detailed JD:
• Sweeping the whole market for identifying new prospects/clients.
• Participating in new tenders, reading tender documents,
drafting technical and commercial files. Also working with
end-users to find tender specifications and budgets etc.
• Working on detailed costing and PL forecasting, by identifying
various cost inputs like the cost of raw material, cooks, chef,
vehicles, transportation, and other misc. overheads.
• Drafting detailed techno-commercial-functional proposals for
various clients.
• Drafting NDAs, Service Agreements and Contracts for
successfully converted clients.
• Currently following 50-60 contractors for their forthcoming
catering projects and needs.
• Identifying total Man-days, total sites, delivery locations,
parcel requirements, timings etc.
• Following up on every-day ops, account management,
invoices, payments etc. with all clients.
• Working on Website, Brochures, SEOs, Social Media
Marketing and Direct Marketing campaigns.
• Working on brand registration with important
stakeholders like Supreme Committee, Ashghal etc.
• Managing junior sales and sales support team on a daily basis.
Reported weekly and monthly reports to C-Level

• Organize and undertake training with collaborating partners on M&E as required.

Implementation of M&E and coordination:
• Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators.
• Check data quality with partners.
• Maintain and administer the M&E database; analyse and aggregate findings.
• Support project progress reporting, project mid-term review and final evaluation.
• Identify areas where technical support to project partners is required. Organize refresher training on M&E for
partners as required.
• Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project. Provide advice to
the supervisor on improving project performance using M&E findings.

Communication:
• Produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations based on M&E data as required.
• Provide the Project Manager with management information she/he may require.
• Check that monitoring data are discussed in appropriate forum and in a timely fashion in terms of implications
for future action. If necessary, create such discussions to fill any gap.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager and the Director of Johanniter International -
Germany.
