• Design and implementation of LV/MV/HV network with detailed design for each unit complying with local authorities like DEWA, Etisalat and International regulations
• Designing of full MEP layout in accordance with DM and Int. regulations
• Coordinate with main contractors & sub-contractors to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.
• Project implementation management and QA/Supervision
• Acquire NOCs from government and non-government authorities for works and Attend & follow up technical meeting with local authorities i.e. DEWA, Etisalat and DM to discuss the designs and approvals
• Deal with Clients, Main Contractors, Sub contractors and suppliers
• Team Lead for MEP design team
• Contributing to design and implementation of HVAC systems
• QA/QC control and implementation of best engineering techniques on project sites
• Project tendering and cost calculations
• Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of Projects within the stipulated time
• Design & implementation Civil Defense and Fire Fighting Systems
• Preparations of pre, intermediate and post project documentations and develop operation manual for the client and SOP for contractors & subcontractors
• Inspect and recommend construction and working of MEP equipment
• Attends weekly meetings with Client, Main Contractor, and Subcontractors. Outlines work to be performed by the main/sub-contractors, phasing of work, problems encountered in scheduling, quality of work, etc.
• Assist in the development of full commissioning plans for all MEP systems that identify and define the following: all test requirements, required inspections, factory start-up of major equipment, factory acceptance testing, project and vendor documentation requirements, and integrated test plans demonstrating full system operations.
• At project close out co-ordinate the production of as built drawings to ensure they are delivered as per the contract requirements in terms of quality and time

• Preparation & submission of RFIs & MIRs with related documents & attending the inspections

• Monitor the operation of electrical generators at power house
• Monitor & control the parameters of electrical generators (Frequency, voltage & power factor etc.)
