Reading and Interpreting AutoCAD drawing of different Panels
• Checking the quality and dimensions of panels as per drawing and standards
• Performing different NDT Tests on panels as per standard (Thermal Cyclic Test, Pullout test for tiles,
Tension test, Temperature testing)

Distributor management

• Rate-Gyroscopic Drop Survey (Battery operated survey) AKA RGS-DP
This survey is performed using a Gyro which runs on battery, the gyro is dropped in drill pipe and surveys are
taken while each stand is pulled out of hole. The survey is later downloaded after fishing the tool and processed.
• Rate-Gyroscopic Wellbore Survey (performed with help of wireline) AKA RGS-WB
It’s the same survey as RGS-DP but the only difference is instead of a battery the tool is powered by a wireline
and constant survey are provided by tool. The surveys are taken while running in or out of hole at every 100 feet.
• Rate Gyroscopic Orientation Survey AKA RGS-OR
In this survey we help the whipstock engineers orienting the whipstock or drillbit. At the bottom of hole they don’t
know which direction is their tool facing so we provide a realtime survey giving them the toolface.
• Rate-Gyroscopic Steering Survey
This survey is a type of LWD where we are constantly giving gyro toolface which is the same as the drillbit
toolface. As the MWD tool can’t give any survey in casing so gyro tools are used for providing a realtime toolface
while kickoff.

-Modifying EPS molding dies to market needed design and size

-Daily and weekly maintenance of boiler
-Maintenance of EPS Expanders.

Learnt series of test performed on different types of oils at Quality Control Laboratory. Worked at Planning & Development Department. Learnt how to take out a project as per ISO standards. Assisted in a project of putting up a new incinerator at Refinery site for disposal of Attock Hospital Limited.
