Inbound Logistics:
• Signed agreement with logistics partners (3PL): freight forwarders, clearing agents and transporters.
• Managed the entire supply process of the raw materials, spare parts, and machineries (Sea, Land Air) through different shipping techniques (Breakbulk, FCL, LCL).
• Follow-up with concerned authorities to ensure customs duties exemption on imported raw materials & Machines.
• Contributed to the automation of the inbound process on SAP (IBD).

Outbound Logistics:
• Managed the entire delivery process of finished goods (ceramics & porcelain tiles) by scheduling outbound shipments (FTL, LTL) and constantly monitoring them to make sure each product arrives on time to the destination.
• Monitored all outbound daily shipments (Avg of 300 shipments daily) while optimizing the transportation costs.
• Contributed to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance (creation of new logistics hub in KSA).
• Contributed to the development and implementation of an online application (POD: Proof of Delivery) to digitize the planning and the delivery execution of shipments end to end.
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
• Managed the transportation companies in an effective way, and other logistics processes and ensure these activities are meeting the set budget.
• Monitored all sales channel’s invoices/orders and ensured the smooth operations of deliveries on time and seek high level of customer satisfactions.
