• Independent monitoring and controlling of Aircraft cabin interior & exterior cleaning and maintenance of types A380, A350, B777-200, B777-300, B787 Dream Liner, A340-600, A330-200, A330-300, A321, A320, A319.
• Working with QATAR AIRWAYS AIRLINES as Cabin Appearance - Officer which includes handling ramp operation, cabin cleaning operations & security operations.
• Interior cleaning includes - Transit Touch up, Premium cleaning for all premium sectors from Doha, Mini Deep Cleaning, A Check & C Check Cleaning.
• Exterior cleaning includes - Transit Touch up and Full Aircraft Exterior Wash.
• Monitoring and controlling Hanger sites which include - A-Check and C-Check Interior and Exterior deep cleaning, full wash & polishing.
• Day to day smooth functioning of the department by monitoring and coordinating with the staff to ensure set standards of Cabin Appearance are fulfilled
• Regular training and conducting briefing sessions to the supervisors & staff to maintain a consistent standard and monitor their on job performance
• Internal quality audit of aircrafts to meet cabin standards.
• Handling cabin cleaning activities during turn around & deep cleaning.
• Preparing billing papers and getting all the bills signed from Qatar Airways Higher Management.
• Good Knowledge of Housekeeping Operations.
• Maintaining records related to day to day operations of Housekeeping.
• Follow up with concerned departments in case of compliments.
• Updating the housekeeping operational team with information like flight arrivals and departures.
• Good understanding of property management software's.
• Coordinating with Engineering/Maintenance Department for any issues.
• Handling the lost and found procedures and all enquires.
• Handling the information of every staff in the shift and where they are allocated for work.
• Giving proper handover to the next shift and mention all the responsibilities in detail to the next shift.
• Keeping the daily record of the work done by the staff in the aircrafts.
• Preparing the monthly records and budgets.
JOB ROLE :
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures (SOP).
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
• Devise sampling procedures & directions for recording & reporting quality data.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications (BCA)
