MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main scopes of the work are:
1.ANALYSIS
Deeply analyse, filter, and interpret all market data (Quantitative/Qualitative in order to identify key market drivers, challenges that affect both the market segments trend/product performance. In order to keep finger on the pulse of the market and to ensure proactive measures are in place in the right time.
Identify product’s current position against competitors.
2.PLANNING
Aim to set clear challengeable objectives with supporting marketing strategy and appropriate tactical implementation and action plan to achieve it.
2.1 Strategic Planning: To identify market trends, strategic issues, challenges and opportunities for the Therapy Area to develop solid future assumptions of the market.
2.2 Budget Plans:
Using Star Tool as a mechanism, prepare annual product plans for the designated products.
3.EXECUTION & CONTROLLING
Includes Expenses Control as well as Product Performance Measurement / Forecast
