• Use designing tools to document the project specifications in detail and highlight its technical specifications in numerals.
• Monitoring construction site activities such as material supply labor work, Vehicle maintenance and local payment. Assuring correct and precise documentation as well as accounts at the site.
• Offering assistance to all types of designing and execution activities.
• Observing the status of construction security as well as worker safety procedures and suggesting appropriate actions.
• Maintenance of daily productivity report.
• Preparation of contractor’s bills.
• Participates in environmental, health and safety performance improvement efforts.

Responsible for all construction activities including providing
technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination
with site team.
• Responsible for field construction operations of all civil structural
& finishing work. And Basic coordination to MEP work.

and other utility services for assigned projects.
• Checking all activity for quality assurance and technical integrity.
• Managing the site team by preparing the program, fixing target
and monitoring the progress.
• Set target within all allowable, productivity report from engineer/
foremen and cost control measures.
• Submitting Monthly and weakly progress reports to the client.
• Job allocation for engineers and foremen, daily programmed.
• Coordination with the site QS for submission of periodical site
payments.
• Coordination with the planning engineer for main program
update.
• Follow-up with the consultants for approval of work inspection
requests.
• Coordination with QAQC team to ensure the work quality.
• Coordination with safety team to ensure the safe work
atmosphere at site.
• Conducting the site co-ordination meeting to resolve the site
issues and requirements.
• Follow up procurement & delivery of materials.
• Ensuring the project lines monitoring and updating the main
contractor programmed
