• Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead sales team in different regions (i.e. Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) toward achievement of Target sales objectives.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Manage a nationwide sales team to at least meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning for a Nationwide Sales team.
