Asset and Projects Management Achievements:

Managed the entire RAK Properties portfolio within the UAE and Tanzania. Some of the major projects included, Mina Al Arab, Julphar Towers, Anantara Hotel project, industrial land development in Tanzania Darussalam, Reem Island (Abu Dhabi) hotel service apartments, DWC hotel service apartments, Al Jadaf residential towers based in central Dubai and commercial portfolio all-overs.

 Increased periodic sales revenue by over 110% from 43 million to 89 million. Additional commercial and residential leasing revenue achieved by 50% from 3 million to 4.5 million.

Strategic Functions and Key Accountabilities:

 Formulates strategies to ensure efficient and effective management of all Assets and increase the Sales of new off plan projects of RAK Properties as per existing company policy and laws of the UAE.
 Managing the Pre/Post Sales administration process including establishing the Pricing Strategy based on Competitive Products and Prices
 Initiate & Manage New Products launches, Price changes, Payment Terms and Special offers / Promotions
 Responsible on all types of contracts and contract’s negotiation (Sale & Purchase Agreement, Re-Sale Agreement, etc.)
 Managing the Products Inventory and Availability; Property Management, Contracts Management. (CRM function)
 Business Compliance & system Automation; Market Statistics/ Analytics; Business Planning and market strategies
 Shape the department Policies and Procedures including the performance management
 Liaising with legal department for releasing Contractual Documentation required ensuring new legislation and regulations are captured and encompassed within the SPA incorporating good practice set by local authorities - land department
 Devise Strategic plans for whole gamut of Project Launch Sales activities right from conducting Market Research, Designing Media Campaigning and Sales Strategies
