·•Liaising with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
•Document requirements in Jira in the form of EPIC, and Story.
•Refine stories and maintain backlog with the Product owner and the development team.
•Working with UI/UX team for any UI changes.
•Helping Scrum Master and team by removing impediments and providing directions to team member for resolving issues.
•Help Product Manager in establishing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
•Act as a communication channel between technology and the business for ongoing sprint status and issues.
•Managing client expectations and relationships through meetings, weekly status calls, and daily scrum reports.
•Helping QA team during QA cycles, and Business during UAT.
•Providing monthly release and post-product support as needed.
