 Developed a useful HR tool that combines all the HR processes and forms at one place as part
of Six Sigma Yellow belt project.
 By working closely with HR manager, developed a special Dashboard tool that gives idea to
business heads about Turnover, Kuwaitization, Diversity, Recruitment progress at glance.
 Developed a summary called “Indemnity @Glance” to give exiting employees a basic idea of
how many months’ salary they will receive upon their separation.
