WORK DESCRIPTION:
•Qa/Qc Engineer : 132/11 Kv Furjan Substation, Dubai (
documents for Method Statements and Technical Material Submittals for approvals of Consultant and Authority in accordance with project, Authority specifications and drawings.
•To verify the document used/referred is approved and of current revision.
•To ensure proper installation of equipments/system before the inspection of consultant.
•To ensure that all the materials required to execute the work are approved type/make.
•To ensure that progress of works is carried out according as per the Method Statement.
•In charge of Material inspections delivered to site ensuring that all items are complying with the specifications and approved drawings.
•Conducting mirror test, ball test & Hydrostatic pressure test on sewerage and Storm services lines before consultant inspection & approval.
•Prepares and attends for Material Inspections & Inspection Request.
•Attending all the third Party Material testing.
•Prepares all the required documents for the Handing over of Project file.
WORK DESCRIPTION:
•Prepares bid documents for the proposal projects that includes bill of quantity.
•Liaising & working jointly with the design team (consulting Engineers) to implement refinements.
•Dealing skillfully with a diverse range of people including Clients, Architects, other Engineering Professionals, sub-contractors & members of the public.
•Full supervision of on-going projects.
•Coordinate & negotiate modifications to clients & consultant if any additional or revised work is required.
•Evaluation of sub-contractor’s accomplishments.
•Dealing with the logistics of supply.
•Monitoring & forecasting the provision of materials.
•Ensuring quality of workmanship.
•Ensure works are performed in accordance with the contract and approved drawings and specifications.
•Liaising with & directing the work of sub-contractors employed on the project.
•Responsible in obtaining RFI and necessary document to consultant and to Dubai Municipality building officials.
•Prepares billing documents for the finish work.
•Inspect project sites to monitor progress & ensure conformance to design specifications & safety or standards.
