• Receives and screens visitors, determines purpose of visit and advise Manager. Takes and delivers messages and/or arranges for appointments where the Manager has indicated a desire to meet with the individual. Arranges for refreshments to be offered to such visitors.

• Ensures adequate travel arrangements including hotel/airline bookings and visas

• Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by not taking on any task (s) that are perceived as unsafe.

• Performs other related duties as and when assigned by Manager.
